Hi there, and welcome! I'm Lisa, National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), certified Healthy Hands Cooking Instructor, and founder of Be Well Stay Well. I’m also a devoted mom, lifelong hospitality professional, passionate jogger, dedicated yogi, and aspiring meditator.

When I became a health coach, I knew my work would center on helping individuals and families embrace wellness as a lifestyle, not a quick fix. But it wasn’t until I saw the powerful impact of nutrition in my own home that everything clicked towards my next steps. Watching how the foods my children ate directly influenced their mood, energy, and behavior opened my eyes to just how early healthy habits begin.

It isn’t about restriction, it’s = about exposure, education, and encouragement. And it works.

That journey led me to become a certified Healthy Hands Cooking Instructor, and I’m so excited to now offer kids' cooking classes as part of the Be Well Stay Well mission. These classes go beyond the basics. Kids learn not just how to make recipes, but how to understand food and how it connects to how they feel, move, and grow.
